Large Format Printing

Large format digital full colour printing on paper or weatherproof gloss or matt vinyl and banner material. Stunning, vibrant posters, graphics, banners, signage, exhibition and display material produced for indoor and outdoor applications. Durable labels and logos for branding and information purposes. Free standing portable displays with graphics, backdrops and exhibition material.

Mounting

Paper can be dry mounted onto card or other materials using Spray Mount, Copydex or similar (available in Art or Craft shops), we do not offer this as a service.

Vinyl can used either with the backing left in place for a very tough weatherproof poster or peeled to expose the self adhesive and applied to any smooth clean non-greasy surface including metal, the manufacturers quote a minimum 5 year life. We image using a solvent-based ink which is highly durable and UV resistant although it will not resist prolonged abrasion or exposure to chemicals. Great care should be taken in applying vinyl as it can be difficult to reposition, we lightly with clean water the object and vinyl adhesive side after removing the backing to give "slideability" and then squeegee the water out. Another tip, when you do eventually wish to remove vinyl, gently heat with a hair dryer to loosen the adhesive!

We can supply vinyl mounted on the following materials.

Amari Board - Lightweight plasticised all-weather board 3mm, 5mm or 10mm thickness, white or colours, suitable for signboards, panels or fascias, easily drilled or cut for straightforward fixing.

Correx - Ultra light non-rigid plastic with corrugated centre, economical mounting for shorter term uses.

Magnetic material, metal sign blanks, coloured banner and flag vinyl, 'A' boards, spare wheel covers and many other materials can be supplied to order.

Cut Vinyl Signage & Lettering
Computer cut vinyl lettering in any typeface and size including line or solid logos, a wide range of vinyl colours including silver & gold, 7 year life, will not fade, supplied complete in position on release carrier paper ready for easy application or we can mount on weatherproof Amari Board or Correx (see above for details and usage)

Use vinyl lettering for external and internal signage, versatile and hard wearing, cheaper than signwriting and it will last just as long - ideal for business or domestic premises and events, vehicles and equipment.

Banners will last for years and years, a durable and adaptable form of advertising. Once a banner is made for an annual or regular event it can be quickly updated with a new date or venue at minimal cost. We can supply banners or vinyl flag material in many colours and almost any size with eyelets. Heavy duty banners also available.
